The most important element of my risk management plan is to ensure that proper communication occurs among the parties involved. Top management should for example be able to communicate regularly with the risk team and personnel manager. Additionally, the team and manager, as well as the employees, must have open communication channels with each other.

Aviation risk has become a very prominent issue, with increasing aircraft failing during flight, and many lives lost. It is the aim of this risk management plant to ensure that these accidents do not occur as a result of the parts manufactured by our company.
